YELLOW means "take your foot off the gas" and proceed with CAUTIONRED are foods that you must avoid. This food is damaging to your health and have very little or no nutritional value. You can however if you normally stay in the GREEN and YELLOW allow some "treats" from the RED (ice cream, chocolate etc.) When you see food from this group my suggestion is "step on the BREAKS" and STOP!"
